At normal buildable zoom I get about 30fps average.
I zoom into ground level and get about 19fps average, lowest I seen was 12fps and 30fps. I just checked my GTX 960 4GB and AMD FX-8230 (8-core) at 1080p resolution and I get 65FPS in the empty corners of my 9-tile and 265k mostly full city. But if you can't sustain 30+fps then you have other issues. Not to mentions the limits from Unity, which is the greatest issues. The GPU is using DX9, so it isn't going to get high score from lack of MT. This is a simulator and they tend to not get high scores.
