Hoping for a fix as soon as possible or I am changing the mouse without caring about the money spent on it. Logitech Gaming Software was working, easy, reliable and I am asking myself right now why do you change a WORKING software and make a software that can't even open. Now, I am stuck with a 4000 DPI mouse (a guess), can't play anything because I was used to 1000 DPI, and because of the keybinds not working, I can't use the buttons I used to press on the mouse.

I have always used Logitech to this day but with this software being the future software, I don't think buying any Logitech products are reliable. I am literally using a 2 button mouse that can be bought for 5$ or so. None of them worked and everyone was so sure that the problem was on G HUB.Īt this point, hundreds and thousands of people are looking for a solution. The next day, the same screen was in front of me.įor the last 7 hours, I tried all the solutions that was commented on the posts that were the same. It worked again I did my keybinds, DPI again thinking that it is fixed with a re-download. I uninstalled the program, deleted the files related to it and downloaded it again. My DPI was changed and extremely high, the keybinds were gone.

I waited for 10 mins (I thought it was a maintenance or so) but it didn't open. I closed the computer and opened it the next day to a loading screen of G HUB. I did my keybinds, set up my DPI, the lighting etc. I downloaded the software and it opened everything was fine. It turned out that G502 is only supported by the G HUB software. I bought the G502 Hero mouse weeks ago and downloaded the LGS to program keybinds etc. I am on the edge of insanity right now with Logitech and anything related to it.
